In essence, Reiki 靈氣 is like acupuncture without the needles, a deep energetic massage. It vitalizes the body’s natural healing processes, and fosters mental, physical, and emotional well-being and balance.
Maret Rossi (mah-rit rah-si) is the owner and grower of Reiki Works, a Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki 靈氣 private practice serving the SF Bay Area.
With her playful and deep presence, Maret creates a warm space for you to feel at peace in yourself and in your life. She sees Reiki as a natural source of healing that releases physical and emotional tension and brings a fresh perspective to the self.
Can you do long distance reiki?
Yes!
I suggest long-distance for those who need consistent healing over the course of a couple of days or weeks, and for those who are facing economic, location, or other accessibility barriers.
I always suggest receiving the distance treatment before bed, or in the mornings when you wake up. But choose a time where you know you’ll be able to relax (aka not driving).
